Role & Responsibilities:

  • Manage client portfolios, handling and resolving customer requests and complaints.
  • Provide a proactive strategy and guidance with clients
  • Coordinate internal resources, clients and third parties for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope and within budget
  • Evaluate and improve tutorials and other communication infrastructure, to develop and share best practices
  • Hold product demonstrations and training sessions for both internal and external audience
  • Improve onboarding processes
  • Work closely with Sales and Tech teams


Must Have Qualifications:

  • Excellent English proficiency
  • Well-organized, with high attention to detail, ability to prioritize and time management skills
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a start-up environment
  • Willing to travel
  • Collaborate and adapt with a small, yet growing team
  • Organized, goal-oriented attitude
