Established in 1927 by Aldo Furlanetto in Bologna, Furla is one of the leading leather goods and accessories companies in the world, displaying Made-in-Italy creativity.


The showroom experience is largely-based on in-person interaction with a product. The pandemic, travel bans and social distancing forced fashion brands to find a different way of interacting with retail buyers. Furla needed an intuitive online solution to selling using screens instead of physical garments. It had to be a frictionless, high quality and immersive experience.


Furla conducted a successful sales campaign, relying on a stand-alone solution based on Live Story. The website offered an engaging experience to retail buyers: they had the opportunity to take a virtual 3D tour of the showroom, listen to an introduction by the designer, find their way through the collection and eventually create a b2b order.
